Plug would not release from the charging port. That is a real problem since on a RAV4 hybrid the car won't start with the charging plug plugged. Should of stopped using this charging cord the first time this happened but..... This time I called Toyota dealer and corporate nobody ever heard of this happening. After an hour of trying to get the plug out I was able to, with the help of a screw driver, get the car released from the charging cable. Will request a refund form the mfg.
