At the end of the day, you just need a way to put power into your EV, everything else is just bells and whistles.
This is a good charger that lacks most bells and whistles, and this is what makes it affordable.
We have a charger with all of the bells and whistles and just love it, the price however reflected these bells and whistles.
We picked up this charger as a backup charger.
Everything wears out or breaks and we did not want to be caught with no way to charge our car.
This charger is easy to use, feels well-made and the cables are heavy with a good sheathing protecting them.
We used this charger for a week or so to make sure it worked properly, how stupid would I have felt if my backup charger did not work.
We are happy with this charger, and we would buy it again.

The plugs fit approperatly with no play.
I introduced a 220-240V outlet with 50A breaker. with my ID.4, it is charging at 32A like it's able to do. when stopped to My Kona electric, it conveys around 32A. I accept the vehicle's side hardware is the distinction. At the point when I charge my Kona on other implied 9.6KW level two charge port, I never got more than 7.4 KW.
This gives out a very solid and fast charge. It was easy to set up due to we already had a system previously installed in the garage. The charge per hour is 5 miles faster than my previous charger.
