The packaging was neat, and it came in a carrying case with two handles and zippers. The added cover for the charge port is a nice touch to keep dirt and debris out. The hose has Velcro straps for cable management, and it's easy to put back in the carrying case. The instructions are straightforward C plug one end into the outlet and the other into your car. The unit has lights indicating its status through various colors, but I don't anticipate any issues. It feels well-made and sturdy. I tested it immediately upon receiving it, and it's simple to use with a streamlined design.
