We offer free shipping within the continental United States.

This item cannot be shipped to the following locations: APO/FPO, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.

In some cases, Canada may charge customs clearance fees (in the form of shipping costs).

Other EU countries shipping fees of €29.99 - €49.99(Includes customs clearance fees)

If there are any delays in shipping, our customer service team will get back to you. Our product prices include commodity tax and shipping tax.

NOTE FOR CANADIAN MARKET: Some models are sent in Canada under the EVDANCE sub-brand. Models and specifications are the same as EVDANCE and are subject to all EVDANCE policies.

Shipping Carriers: We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. To ensure that your order is delivered on time, we work with UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US. We will choose the appropriate shipping for your order based on your address.

Handling and Delivery time

Our Amazon warehouse takes 1-2 working days to prepare your order. But it may take longer on weekends and holidays. Usually, the package will be delivered around 5-7 working days in the USA. 

Delivery time for Canada, Germany, and the UK is usually 3-5 business days. In special cases it is 7-10 working days.
Delivery time for other countries is usually 7-12 business days.
