Fits perfectly on Schumacher EV charger

I purchased this adapter to work with the Schumacher EV charger to charge our Tesla. It works perfectly with charging and it was half the cost of other adapters

Consistent quality of charging

I decided to install a J1772 charger at my house instead of a Tesla specific charger to accommodate any future EV purchases. As such, I need the J1772 to Tesla adapter for my home charger. The J1772 is also used by many other charging networks so having an adapter in the car is also handy in case a Tesla charger is not available.

This adapter works great and is very easy to use. It connects to the end of a J1772 and locks into place to adapter to the Tesla charger. When done simply push the button on the J1772 charging handle and you can slide the adapter off easily.

Must have for Tesla owners on the go; you never know when this might come in handy.

Works like the OEM adapter

I purchased this to keep in my model y as I use the Tesla adapter at home. I used this one on road trips at hotels to charge. It works as designed. It does not get hot. I would buy this again.

Fits great on my portable J1772 charging cable. Tried it for a few minutes on my friend's tesla and it worked great, he had no complaints. It's a nice addition to my portable charger in the trunk in case we're on the road and someone we know in a tesla needs to use our cable, or if we end up getting a tesla in the near future.Inside is solid metal and the outer sleeve is plastic. Fit was nice and snug and clicked into place perfectly. So far so good.
