With the Cayenne EV offering new trims, colors, interior layouts, and performance packages, users are spending more time experimenting with combinations. This level of early engagement is uncommon even for premium SUVs, suggesting that the Cayenne’s shift to full electrification is resonating with shoppers.


A New Direction for the Cayenne

The latest Cayenne marks a notable design departure from earlier generations. First introduced in 2002, the Cayenne helped turn Porsche’s financial future around and became the company’s global sales leader.   • 123-kWh battery, much larger than the pack used in the Macan EV

These specs position the Cayenne EV among the most powerful electric SUVs on the market, blending performance with practical fast-charging capability.

Porsche has opened U.S. orders, offering multiple variants with broad price separation:

  • Base Cayenne Electric

    • 435 hp

    • Starting at $111,350

  • Cayenne Turbo Electric

    • 1,140 hp

    • Starting at $165,350

Highly optioned builds can easily exceed $200,000, especially for customers choosing premium interior materials, upgraded wheels, performance features, and aesthetic packages.

First U.S. deliveries are scheduled for late summer 2026, giving Porsche time to finalize production, ramp up battery supply, and coordinate global logistics.
