Costco members shopping for a new electric vehicle have an unexpected advantage this year. Through the Costco Auto Program, members can now access exclusive incentives on select Cadillac and Volvo EVs, with discounts reaching as high as $2,000 depending on membership tier and vehicle choice.

These offers add meaningful savings at a time when many EV incentives are shrinking, and they can be combined with existing manufacturer and dealer promotions.

Eligible Models and Membership Discounts

Costco’s EV incentives apply to select 2025 and 2026 Cadillac and Volvo models, and they are available to both Non-Executive and Executive members through March 2.

For most eligible EVs, Non-Executive members receive a $1,000 discount, while Executive members receive $1,250. Qualifying vehicles include:

Larger incentives are available for Volvo’s flagship electric SUV. Non-Executive members can save $1,500 on the 2025–2026 Volvo EX90, while Executive members qualify for a $2,000 discount.

Discounts Can Be Combined With Other Offers

One of the most appealing aspects of the Costco Auto Program is that its incentives are stackable. Members can combine Costco discounts with manufacturer rebates, loyalty offers, conquest bonuses, and dealer incentives, significantly increasing total savings.

For Cadillac buyers, this stacking potential is especially strong. All Cadillac EVs included in the Costco program are also eligible for a $2,000 conquest incentive if the buyer currently owns a qualifying vehicle from a competing luxury brand. In addition, Cadillac is offering 2.9% APR financing for 60 months or a $2,000 cash allowance for well-qualified buyers.

Volvo Financing and Allowances Add More Value

Volvo is pairing Costco incentives with some of the brand’s most competitive EV financing offers to date. Buyers of the Volvo EX30 and EX40 can choose between 0.99% APR financing or a $2,000 purchase allowance.

The 2025 Volvo EX90 comes with even stronger incentives, including 0% APR financing for up to 72 months or purchase allowances of up to $7,500, depending on region and dealer participation. When combined with Costco member discounts, these offers can reduce the effective purchase price by several thousand dollars.

How to Redeem Costco EV Discounts

To access the savings, Costco members must register through the Costco EV Marketplace. After completing the registration, members receive a digital promotion certificate with a unique code.

That certificate can then be presented at any participating Cadillac or Volvo dealership and applied toward the purchase or lease of an eligible electric vehicle. Availability may vary by dealer, so shoppers are encouraged to confirm participation in advance.

Costco’s Growing Role in EV Shopping

The Costco Auto Program has been helping U.S. car buyers secure discounts for decades, but its EV offerings have expanded significantly in recent years. Earlier this year, Costco also began promoting deals on select certified pre-owned vehicles, including electric models.

As EV pricing becomes more competitive and incentives more fragmented, Costco’s member-based discounts offer a rare source of predictable savings. For shoppers already planning to buy an electric Cadillac or Volvo, the program represents a simple way to reduce costs without additional negotiation.
